One InstaYouTube October 31, 2017

This could be the first of many videos from me that go along with my Instagram posts. I've been wanting to put this out there, just me doing me thing. These videos are for your entertainment/education and for me to watch my progress. In this video, my form as a whole needs much work. The camera did throw me off - I started doing exercises I'd never done before...I just went with it. If I do film this more often, I should become less nervous in front of the camera and more solid in my form and swift and smooth in my movements.
