Pain in the arm bend - Here is the solution!

Important warning note: I am not a physician or physiotherapist and strongly recommend to consult an expert in case of pain in the arm flexor area!
Yesterday in my VLOG I complained about pains in my elbow and today I visited a good friend and physiotherapist who looked at it.
In my case the brachialis is affected and together with the tendon is under too much tension. The cause is probably an overload or "incorrect training".
In order to cure this, we have to inform the brain that the current state of tension is not optimal, but too great and this unfortunately only goes under some pain, so that the receptors transmit the signal to the brain and relieve the tendon.
For this we massage the brachialis with our thumb or let a second person massage it. Make sure that you really hit the brachialis and don't squeeze around the muscle, otherwise you can overexcite nerve cords, which will lead to days of pain. Have a look at my video or other videos on the interner if necessary.
Massages around 5-7 minutes per arm. The problem is that it must hurt, or you're not doing it right. Pull it through and don't pinch. A second person will be able to perform the massage better than you, so if you have someone, ask them to do it.
You do this every day until it gets better and the pain goes away.
In addition, you can cool this spot 1-3 times a day with ice, which will have an anti-inflammatory effect.
I have also read several times on the Internet that an increased intake of fish oil can also help to cure the condition.
