Hello friend! Advice would be to take it slow. There is so much information out there and so many different cryptocurrencies it can feel overwhelming! A good crypto to start learning about is bitcoin since its the most popular, after that then ethereum, and then litecoin.
Buy some bitcoin and learn how to send money to different addresses(wallets) would be a good first step after learning about it.
