FITNESS 101 LOADING...
Hello admirers of Fitness, FITNESS 101 with Bat-Junior is around the corner and ready to take the stage.
Few weeks ago, i introduced FITNESS 101 to this wonderful platform in order to share my Fitness know-how with all of you who have been in one way or the other denied the chance to be 100% fit.

In my last post about FITNESS 101, i failed to mention the date my fitness class is gong to commence which i want all of your minds to be at rest because my fitness class will commence on the 1st of next month, i.e 3 days from today.

In this fitness training classes, lectures will be given, instructions will be posted, directions will be mapped out, interactive session will be held, videos will be uploaded, questions will be answered and most importantly, training session shall be held in special classes and furthermore.
Get your water bottle, supplements, vests, shorts, canvas, and food-pack ready for this class is going to be long class.
