Pushup Challenge Week One Update
Hey all!
Here is an update to my 30 day pushup challenge. I have to say it is going fairly well, every day I am looking forward to it.

So here are some benefits I have noticed right from the get go. Firstly, I have more energy. I normally don’t notice this so fast when I start a workout routine but I have to say I am not as tired during the day as normal.
Secondly, My patience with the children has increased. I guess you could say I have more energy to deal with them instead of just getting upset right away when they misbehave.
Thirdly, my libido has greatly increased. I have no problems with that but lately it is through the roof. But that’s all I am going to say about that.
I guess for a final note I will report really the only negative effect I have experienced so far. That is increased hunger. I am always hungry. I guess my body is craving more protein so I think I might pick up some powder from the store and try to eat more meat.
PS.. Yup I know I shaved the beard... Was just getting to be too much.
