I hope you will be good. Today my post related to exercise including yoga running swimming any types of of exercise. Some old person says this thought.
if money is lost then something is lost but Health is lost then something is lost.
So my friend I am talking about our body fitness. If you have not time for your own body then you die of.

If you doing regularly exercise then it was not come to your body but you don't do exercise then your body is slowly slowly waste.

Your body is unfit to do any work.
