This weather has been awesome lately in Sacramento! The fires that have been burning in California have been causing the air to be really smoky, but lately the clean has been a lot nicer!
I met up with some awesome acro yogis in the park for some fun! We practiced some fun skills. It was nice to move and play with these guys!

      Nice video clip - I can see why you need a spotter for acroyoga. That takes a lot of coordination and strength! Thanks also for the GIFs - I didn't know about EZgif.com and will try it out.

      Do you have a blooper video of some failed partner moves that crash?
