Aww, I smiled through the whole piece. I appreciate how you record the distances and account for what you did so thoroughly. Very Ratticus as I’ve come to know him. :)

Anyway, I’m just so pleased you decided to participate and that you’re doing what you’re able to at this point. Hopefully, there’s something you can do to prevent the hip popping business and you slowly build your fitness base!

Well it's been good for a while, so I'm hoping it's not going into a new round of regularly misbehaving. From talks I've had with Drs and specialists in the past, not much asides from a reco or replacement will change it.

Take it easy and I can get distance done, but it's not really exercise so much as just getting out and walking. If I'm exercising, I'm going at 5.5=6 km/hr (11 - 10 min kilometers). All the walking so far have been at closer to 14 - 15 min/km (4 km/hr).

I'll likely do another update around Tuesday
