Get in, where you fit in
Today I needed to be in and out of the gym in 30 minutes.
I find that sometimes having hard deadlines to get things down means turning up the intensity. Today was one of those days. I upped the weights a little, in case I didn't fit everything. I shortened the rest intervals.
Al-in-all, it was a great session.
