Back on the horse...
"Life" got in the way on Sunday and Monday which meant I couldn't get to the gym.
This is one of the reasons why I don't like to schedule too many days off. Days off often occur when you least expect it.
However today I was back in the swing of things again. It was great to be back!

Getting back after a break is really a challenging one as well as a self satisfactory one and as i have also started taking 10k+ steps daily so i am really happy as well....
