Pike of a lifetime

My older sister was on the front of the boat. She threw a spinner just at the edge of a weed bed. The pike jumped out of the water bitting the lure. She got it to the boat and it measured 36.5 inches and just over 6 lbs. While stringing it up it broke the loop and my sisters boyfriend quickly thinking grabbed it. This story is one of many we tell every year when we head out fishing.
