Day on the lake

Hi Friends,

I went out to our family vacation house last weekend and we took the boat out on a lake. We had a lot of fun on the water, and I snuck in a little over an hour of fishing time while we were anchored near shore.

I caught one catfish and a small largemouth bass. Here is the catfish:

The catfish was quite the surprise as I was bass fishing with a plastic worm - I can think of only one other time where I caught a catfish on a plastic worm :)

The kids had a good time too, and my son had fun behind the boat:
