8 INGREDIENT KING FISH FRY
This is one simple fish fry that’s going to leave your house smelling the best. Super rich in omega 3 fatty acids and protein, king fish would be a great pick for people who are new to fish. This is something I would prepare for a quick protein meal. My main fish and couple of veggies completes my meal. Cooking the fish on low flame makes the flesh of the fish so tender to cut into.
INGREDIENTS
1 kg king fish
1 tsp. Turmeric
2 tbsp. Kashmiri chili powder
1 tsp. Pepper powder
1 tbsp. White Vinegar
Bunch of curry leaves
7 Garlic cloves
Salt to taste
WHY THIS FISH?
King fish is super rich in omega 3 fatty acids and protein.
8 ingredients + 10 minutes to cook
DIRECTIONS –
COOKED ON LOW FLAME
In a bowl, add vinegar, turmeric, Kashmiri chili powder, pepper powder, salt and mix it until it turns into a paste.
If it’s too thick add in some water.
Marinate the fish and refrigerate for about an hour or more for the best flavor.
TO FRY
Mash the garlic and set aside.
In a heated pan, add some oil and let it heat up, once its hot drop in the mashed garlic and curry leaves. Saute for about a minute and place the fish in the pan. Cook this on low flame for about 10 minutes.
See that the fish isn’t too close to each other.
Cover the pan and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
