Disini saya mencoba membahas sedikit manfaat dari pada ikan gabus ( eungkot bacee) , manfaat yang sangat besar adalah bagi pengobatan orang patah tulang, operasi baik melahir atau bukan,.

Manfaat ikan gabus untuk kesehatan sangat fenomenal, hal ini dikarenakan kandungan protein pada ikan ini salah satu yang paling tinggi dibandingkan berbagai daging ikan lainnya. Ikan gabus banyak terdapat di perairan di Indonesia, sebab ikan jenis ini lebih banyak hidup di sungai, danau maupun rawa. Sekilas bentuk ikan gabus hampir mirip dengan ikan lele.

Perbedaan yang paling gampang diamati adalah ikan gabus tidak memiliki surai atau kumis. Warnanyapun tak segelap ikan lele. Ikan gabus juga sama sama dapat bertahan hidup di darat, dalam tempo yang cukup lama, sebab ikan gabus diketahui dapat bernafas secara langsung dengan udara luar.
