Sort:  

a splash or two vegetable oil
4 ounce cod fillets or any other fish
a sprinkle or two sea salt and freshly ground pepper
1 large baking potatoes, peeled
1 eggs, whisked together
2 green onions, thinly sliced
a sprinkle or two sea salt and freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Small bunch parsley.

Place potato in pot with fish fillets and cover with cold water.
Boil until the potatoes are fork tender.
Drain off the water.
Add chopped green onions, egg, cooked potato, fish, flour and parsley to the food processor and pulse until combined.
Form the mixture into hamburger size patties.
Season with salt and pepper and fry in well greased skillet until golden brown on both sides. Served on a soft burger bun! Enjoy:)
