500 g washed & dried,sliced iilish fish
4 sliced & slit inexperienced chile
2 1/2 cup cooked water
1 teaspoon black cumin seeds
100 cubic centimeter mustard oil
For Marination
1 teaspoon pulverized turmeric
1 in. ginger
2 pinches salt
4 red chile
1 handful sliced coriander seeds
How to build Hilsa Curry
Step 1
