Feliz tarde apreciada familia de steemit, bendiciones para cada uno de ustedes,hoy quiero compartir información sobre este colorido pez,su nombre científico es Scaris ghobban.

Pertenece a la familia Scaridae,se le conoce como Pez loro por sus números dientes agrupados en un solo sitio, dentro de esta especie existen 90 géneros dentro de los cuales les nombraré algunos:
- Bolbometopon.
- Calotomus.
- Cetoscarus Bicolor.
- Chlorurus bleekeri.

Todos estos con formas,tamaños y tonos diferentes,su cuerpo es alargado,algunos más pequeños que otros,el peso varía,son muy coloridos,los colores más comunes son el morado,rosa y verde.

Su alimentación se basa de algas y pequeños moluscos,en cuanto a la reproducción las hembras sueltan muchos huevos,estos peces a medida que van creciendo van cambiando su sexo,al nacer son hembras y luego se convierten en macho.
