Just had to share this epitome of the fireworker's craft and art!

This amazing firework shell is exemplary and extraordinary in it's color changing sequence.

For the uninitiated, each "star" or light that you see flying outward from a firework shell is a single pellet of burning composition. In the typical Japanese round shell, these pellets are made by applying the color fire composition to a small inert core, building up the pellet layer by layer, like a jawbreaker. For a simple one color shell this pellet is uniform, so it burns one color. In order to make a color change, say from red to green, the first layers are made of a green fire composition, then layers of red composition are applied. When made this way the star pellet will first burn red, then change to green.

With that in mind, when you watch this video and enjoy the marvel and beauty, consider not only the skill and time that went into making stars of such uniformity in timing, but also in the correct order and placement of the stars in the shell's assembly to produce the given effect so perfectly. Wow! Unbelievable! Kudos! 😳👍👍👏👏👏
