FREE SPEECH is clearly a part of Steemit, innate in the construction of the platform. In my estimation, so is the 2nd Amendment. Get used to it, it is not going away! As our world becomes more and more decentralized, we will have to become more self-reliant.

Yes I believe we need a larger Armed Presence here on Steemit, it is part of the very fabric we are trying to weave in this ANCAP Quilt, our collection of "malcontents with the current system". Decentralization inherently means less regulation and we need to be prepared to Self Govern, Self Protect, and Self Provide. I believe that technology will make many new avenues of providing for one's self, we have many ways here on Steemit that one can earn funds and possibly make a living. AT LEAST Augment a "Fiat Income" gleaned from our "IRL" jobs and investments. Projections are that more automation will reduce the need for Hard Labor, and this platform is a natural progression towards the next level of Human Evolution.

That would be the day. I try to stay as self sufficient as possible. When you depend on someone else to provide for you, disappointment comes quickly. The state can't take care of everyone all the time and I wish people would realize that. Excellent write up @underground.

I have seen a few "city preppers" and they ALL have this common goal: GTFO of the CITIES! Some are planning on a permanent early exit, some maintain a BOL (bug-out location) and some are just planning to leave when the SHTF. Final Escape...
