That hotel looks so stunning! Very much like the buildings, you would see in Riga, Latvia. And the cat reminds me of that as well 😏 It is called Cat's House. Now thinking about it, I am sure they are twin houses 😄

It was built for the Russian aristocrats before Finland got it's independence so that might explain the similarity. It sure looks like a fairy tail castle. We don't have that much old Russian buildings anymore in Finland. Partly because of the second world war and the insufficient funds to repair old building after the war, but partly also because some Finns wanted so bad to get rid off the Russians and the landmarks that would remind Finns of Finland's history. That's a sad thing because I really love over hundred years old buildings. But it's a good thing that this one remained. :)
