I couldn't resist doing few pull-ups and dips when encountering these bars along my way next to the Lake Pielinen and the fells in the distance.
This was on day 27 – the day I started my way back home.
It had been a while since I had worked my upper body, because the biking had taken most of my time, obviously. Pull-ups felt kinda heavy but still managed to do 11 reps (have been able to do 15). Though it's no wonder I didn't manage to do a peak performance here since the cycling surely drained some energy. Also, this was during the 36 hour fast before the eating challenge.
