About your intro: "Men make plans and gods smile" (M. Shalev)

On the haiku: I see sabi and mono no aware, the sense of time flowing and the charm of things when time settles on them.

On the story: robots vs. vampires is better than UFOs vs. zombies! I enjoyed the fight scene and the many scattered gems along all the story, from the wild Appalachian weed to Sun Tzu, to the old society agents. Hyperbolic tovarish.

UwU ~ Thanks for reading all of them and thanks for the compliments! "The Right man in the Wrong place can make All the difference in the World" (as to quote G-Man from Half-Life) really puts to perspective what a contingency really is in the March of History. Anyways, me haikus are getting better and better! Withal, I really wanted to play with robots and we get a good ole robo-vampire story and well the scattered gems come along because they feel appropriate in the apocalyptic times. I guess the hidden linking worked out just fine. Now I can bring RN-1199's universe back again to the @bananafish contests. Withal, I be happy to see a comment. So have an Ashley:

An Ashley is always very welcome, comrade! Sometimes hiding things works better than showing them clearly.
