FinChain CEO Wen Siyun invited to attend Digital Citizen Community meet up
On 4 August 2018, the Estonian digital citizen community meet up in Raffles Square, Changning District, Shanghai, Mr. Wen Siyun, founder of FinChain, attended the meeting with Amber, chief press officer, Cao Yin, partner of the Digital Renaissance Foundation, and Du Ran, co-founder of the Star Trek Agreement.
The Estonian Digital Citizenship Program (E-Residency) is the most active and highest-quality international digital community in the world. It is a new system of governance and community ecology that the Government of Estonia has set up for the digital new human being of all countries in the world, It has more than 43,000 members worldwide, including German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Estonian President Jean-Claude Kosti, French President Macron and angel investor Tim Draper, among others.

As of June 2018, the Estonian Digital Citizenship Program has brought together more than 43,000 digital citizens worldwide, including more than 1,500 members from mainland China, The Chinese-speaking Community (including Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore) has more than 1,800 members and is growing rapidly, with the Chinese community expected to grow to 2,500 by the end of 2018.
