How to Create a Happy Life

Your brain learns from your beliefs and feelings. Meaning you can tell the difference between your brain programming and your true feelings by the way you think about yourself.

Beliefs are the programs the subconscious mind runs on. Since they are not considered part of the conscious mind, the same law of attraction that works on the conscious does not work on the subconscious. So your beliefs about yourself run on a different set of rules, and thus produce a different programming that results in the different look and behavior.

The two major categories of beliefs are "fixed" beliefs and "live" beliefs. Fixed beliefs are those you decided to adopt as part of your identity when you were very young. Live beliefs are those you adopted as part of your self image when you were very young. Your fixed beliefs are entrenched in your subconscious mind. Your live beliefs are buried within your subconscious mind and will continue to run your life until you decide to accept them and make them part of your self image and consciousness.

In order to understand how your feelings affect your beliefs, you must understand how beliefs affect your feelings. A fixed belief is a belief that has been accepted by your subconscious mind. Your feelings are now programmed to operate on that belief, and your feelings now operate according to that belief. For example, it is a fixed belief that I am smart. Therefore, your feelings will operate on that assumption, and you will think you are smart. However, a live belief is a belief that you adopted when you were very young, and that is, I am a kid who knows more than all these smart people. Therefore, your feelings will operate on that belief, and you will feel you are cool, and you will think you are smart.

As a healthy adult, you probably had to decide to accept the fixed beliefs that you still live under, or you would not be living to regret it. It takes courage to make the conscious decision to alter a belief. However, you can alter a live belief by accepting all the evidence of your own ability to be smart rather than choosing to think you are dumb. Once you have accepted the fixed beliefs and have integrated all the live beliefs, your feelings will operate on that belief, and you will feel smart, rather than dumb.

If you accept your fixed beliefs, you can't be affected by the automatic negative feelings. If you can't be affected by the automatic negative feelings, then you are free to choose which beliefs to believe. Once you've chosen which beliefs to believe, you can consciously replace the negative feelings with happy feelings.

You don't have to believe in fixed beliefs to make choices and to do the things that you need to do. It is an effective technique to help you do your daily tasks. This technique can be used to help you do anything you want, not just focus on doing tasks. The main thing is that you don't have to believe in fixed beliefs to consciously create a happy life. Once you've accomplished that, anything is possible.
