Days of accepting US checks are over in Lithuania
I was so happy of being able to accept checks from one of my clients in US. It was different, it was sentimental. On top of that it was cheaper than a wire transfer, though it took ages to receive actual money.
But apparently this is over. One of the largest Lithuanian banks, SEB, the last one that still accepted them, announced that they won't accept checks from March. I would like to think that they are freeing up resources for accepting cryptos, but I bet this is not the case.
Well, what can i say ?
Die damn banksters, die
I am with you on this. And thanks for upvoting!
Let's just hope that one day Crypto can be one of the main payment and we can skip the expensive fee as well as invest in crypto freely in every country.
I really hope so, but for now businesses stick to wire transfers and Paypal
