The startup based by Ukrainians has attracted investors from Google
The platform of lease of housing in California has attracted with Rentberry which was based by Ukrainians additional investments. Reports AIN.UA with reference to the head of a startup Alexey Lyubinsky about it.
According to him, representatives of the Google, WP Global Partners and Boston Venture Fund companies have invested $320 000 in the project. "We plan to spend this money for development of new features, and also for marketing of a product", – has declared Lubin.
Rentberry is a platform for long-term lease of housing in the USA. All processes – viewing of the apartment, agreement signature and monthly payments – happen online, also the lessor can check credit history of the lessee with his help. The counter of Rentberry is that on the website it is possible to offer the price for the apartment, literally turning process of delivery lease into auction. As in San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles and other large cities very high competition on housing, such function can become for lessors this pot of gold — it is said in the message.
The transaction has added the first round of investments into Rentberry – in December, 2015 the startup has attracted $845 000 from world investors and has received an assessment in $3 million, without having a ready-made product. Thus, totally Rentberry has attracted investments for the total amount of $1,17 million. Start of a platform has taken place only in May then a row of popular mass media in America among which there is CBS have paid attention to Rentberry, Vanity Fair, Independent and others — it is specified in the message.

According to him, to a startup investors from Asia, America, Europe and the CIS were knocked, but founders very carefully approach the choice of investors. For a start have decided to cut directly investors from the CIS and to accept offers only from the international investors.
