Final Fantasy VII Remake: release date announced
Prior to its E3 meeting, Square Enix announced the release of the extremely expected Final Fantasy VII Remake on PlayStation 4 on March 3, 2020. By reconstructing and extending this iconic modern-day RPG, Final Fantasy VII Remake tells the tale of a globe under the control of the Shinra power company, a strong organisation holding the planet's monopoly of the same life force; mako energy. An anti-Shinra organisation called Avalanche has stepped up its opposition in the huge city of Midgar. Cloud Strife, a former member of the Shinra elite unit, the Soldiers, converted to a mercenary, is helping the group not knowing what awaits him.
