Causes of colds in children and prevention ??

Colds are a viral disease. The most common virus in children is rhinoviruses. These viruses are present everywhere, in the air and all the substances we touch. There are more than 100 types of this virus, in addition to many other viruses.
1- Dry air:

Smoking (by weakening the immune system of the nasal mucosa) and the exposure of a child with a cold to smoke may cause the length of the disease and its development to other complications such as bronchitis and pneumonia sometimes.

1. Hand hygiene: - The hands of the child should be cleaned continuously until they are purged of any germs or viruses due to dirt or contact.
   3 - kissing: - Avoid kissing heavily, especially in the winter, which is spread colds to prevent the transmission of the virus to them.
   4 - Pollution: - Remove the child from places with smokers or infected with colds, and in kindergartens and schools should be separated children with colds from healthy children.
   5 - Honey: - Must be maintained that the child takes honey or honey bees, especially honey bees, where it helps strengthen immunity in children.
