Augmented Reality Horror Film Idea

Friends, Have you heard about Metaverse? It's an exciting new App which allows you to create your own augmented reality adventures, scavenger hunts, or even create a augmented reality movie.
What's that you say? Well let me explain. So, in metaverse you create Gps points where you can experience stories, quizzes, receive items, or watch a youtube video. Like in Pokemon Go, you can walk to each Gps point on the map and enjoy each experience. My crazy idea is create a Augmented Reality Horror film where you have to walk to each scene location to watch the next scene. For example, here is my idea for a historical horror film set in Franklin, TN. Franklin was the site of one of the bloodiest battles of the Civil War. On November 30th (the date of the Franklin TN Battle) several youths decide to take a tour of the Franklin historical sites late at night after a few drinks at the Bunganut Pig. They amble by the Lotz house (used as a hospital after the battle) and see that the front door has been left open. They venture inside and are promptly terrified by some Civil War Ghost scenes. (Doctors cutting of limbs, etc.) They dash from the house and continue into Downtown Franklin, experiencing more horror along the way. (By desecrating the Lotz house by entering, they piss off all the local Union A mysterious lady tells them that they must seek the refuge of the Old City Cemetery which is guarded by the ghosts of some American Revolutionary War Soldiers. (Apparently it's dangerous to be out after midnight because the union and Confederate soldiers are eternally at war. Something like that. No, that's not actually the case in Franklin but it makes for a cool as hell idea).
Each scene of the film would be shot "shaky cam" style and be accessible only via the Metaverse App. One would walk to each place and watch the next scene in the film. It would be terrifying! (especially since the Lotz house and other houses in Franklin are said to be haunted). It would truly create a new experience in film. Well, what do yall think? Let me know below!
