🎬 "The Leap" 🚀 - Sci-fi Short Film - Presented By DUST
After many years of searching, man has finally found somewhere other than earth to live on, New Earth. Everybody has high expectations and hopes for this new place. Most people want to leave earth and seek a better and new life for themselves and are willing to do whatever it takes to get there.
The story follows Jacob Reiss, a disillusioned IPMA (Inter-planetary Migration Administration) sergeant with 15 years experience, who has the job of dealing with illegal immigrants and human trafficking which is run by criminal smuggling cartels.
One day he meets up with a beautiful girl who dreams of 'taking the leap' and who offers him the chance to redeem himself...
This visually stunning sci fi short is one of the best I have seen in a while. It is a story of love, loss, redemption and sacrifice. Highly recommended.

I love DUST. The short films on there are usually very unique and decently thought out. Many of the ones I have seen I wanted to see full length films of.

I agree, DUST films are usually pretty dam good and this one is no exception. This one is 28 minutes long, quite long for a short film.
