I found this movie good old fashioned silly fun with plenty of over the top slapstick comedy but the balancing act with all the fathers was always going to be difficult managing all the interactions and giving everyone enough screen time to develop their stories and relationships

I do feel they could have left out some of the serious topics and just had fun with it! Totally agree with your review
