KAKANING PINOY (BIBINGKA AT LATIK)
Bingka or rice cake in English is famous here in the Philippines particularly in Dalaguete, Cebu. It is a famous snack that every Filipino would love to have. I myself is in love with this kakanin.
People here have unique way of cooking this delicious food. They put it into an improvise oven or steamer and just let the steam cook it.
Bingka have this partner called "latik". Latik is coconut syrup in English. Latik is like the sauce for bibingka and will be given to buyers together with bingka.
