BUKO PANDAN GULAMAN WITH A TWIST (SLICED JELLY)

Here in the Philippines, summer already began. So Filipinos are finding ways to have ice cold drinks during this hot season.

One of the famous cold drinks here is Buko Gulaman which is the one that I made today but with a twist. It is a dessert made with gelatin cubes and tender young coconut in pandan-infused cream. But the twist is that I mix it with some Stick-Os and some nips.

I just did it to make some difference in a usual Buko Pandan gulaman. My nephews really enjoyed it and they wish that i will make one tomorrow or maybe some time.
