The sound pierced the air...
My eyes came wide open...
Sickness overwhelming deep inside as I know they are coming.
I lace my boots and grab her picture...
"Soon I will be hom..."
The pain is overwhelming and my mind slips... "I love you so much and I am..." Silence.
