Five decades ago, the bark of a young oak was forever changed.
Five decades later, the oak has grown and its heart with it.
Five decades later, what was a carving done by children's hands grew into a beautiful masterpiece.

I always say, the trees can talk.
Trees talk, but people are bad listeners
Even dough I strongly disagree with tree devastation with love carvings, this post has a lovely and emotional story in it and I like the feeling that it brings. Good job with this one.
@spalatino yes like someone sad before if trees could talk they would be like the Ents ones from Lord of the Rings bringing mayhem and destruction :-)
