Boom, soldiers shatters by the tank
Sniper in hidden, signaled to be flank
Another round, harder the bullet bangs

Aids, air support, more bombs
John wounded, immediately picture his tomb
All help rendered, No more support
Not a pinch left in the blood bank.

      Oh, nice! Love me some war writing and this is packed with action. Sad ending, but riveting story. Lovely.
