I missed your post on Goose Island IPA. Much like Guinness in Ireland, it's never as good when you're out of its home country. My pint in the Guinness factory was to this day the finest pint of any beer I've ever had. 2nd best was the pint in Galway. 3rd best was the pint in London. Worse as you get further away. By the time you get to the US, it's not that great.
Goose Island it pretty f-in good 'round these parts, and served cold in bottles...I wonder if you'd like in more when you're in the states?
Mine would have more Fs, its, mothers, and holes.
