Manuel Lanzini Out Of World Cup

Manuel-Lanzini-784x441.jpg25 year old Manuel Lanzini( West Ham and Argentina) suffered an injury during an Argentine training session on Friday and has confirmed he will miss the Word Cup. During the session, he tore his anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) and will not be at Russia this summer, the country's football association has announced. This is a big blow to both Lanzini and Argentina because Lanzini plays a crucial role in transitions from the middle of the park to the attacking third and is a decent defender as well.

The player the Argentine FA has chosen to replace Lanzini is 32 year old Enzo Perez of River Plate. Sadly, Lanzini will indeed miss what was to be his first world cup.
