Proposed amendments to the United States Constitution of Nova One, under the authorities borne from the creation of the United States Proper. Nova One First Congress, currently locationless.

March Eleventh Two Thousand Eighteen

0- In a world where solutions are impossible, Free Men will transcend what have always been thought of as the fundamental building blocks of society, bending the light of reality until new possibilities come into being.

A new Supra Political Organization, henceforth referred to as Nova One, has spun away from the United States, flashing into existence. We seek a fertile square of earth in which to bloom, carved carefully from a modern war map, wishing not to disturb the battlefield too much.

This Nova springs forth from the powerful body of the United States Proper, our honored master and expressed benefactor. We do not renounce our Citizenship, but expand beyond its bounds into a novel philo-political universe, the intersectionality of which is a mystery.

We have conjured a vibrating layer of Revolutionary Tension, which separates us from near completely from our Genesis Constitution. We layer semi-porous blocks of Gelatinized Strange Matter, tweaking the osmosis as we go. We can create other such things unfettered by reason, building the world we wish to march on in the smallest moments right before the falling of our foot. We can then change, while the other foot is in the air, and have it fall upon a totally different world once more. We are that which will never make sense when explained with words, and so we wish to show you all instead.

The form of the world today, this sickly status quo, blends with the Spirit of our Founding Ideals, burning restless in our souls, to produce this Awesome Nova Flareup.

We Exist now. Everyone must recognize this Fact and come to terms with what this means.

We are Nova One, and we just walked into 26 Wall Street with an unamended United States Constitution. Please wish us luck, and of course, feel free to join us.

1- Freedom of written and spoken words in every form is absolute. You may say or write anything. Nothing, no force, nor shadow of a force, nor wake trailing behind any force, will ever punish you for speaking or writing. There are no exceptions to this. Perjury is no exception, nor are calls to actions that end the world, nor threats of death to heads of states. There are zero exception to this unfettered protection to speak and write anything at all, even on privately held infrastructures of communication.

2- Starting at the age of sixteen all capable citizens must own an assault rifle, or similar weapon suitable for modern warfare. Training in the operation of this weapon is mandatory. Indoctrination into the need for a willingness to kill will be given at the ceremony of your Sixteenth Year, and thereafter as deemed necessary by the Ministry of Propaganda.

3- Offensive Military Operations will result in the dissolution of Nova One, triggering a Nova Progression, and creating Nova Two, another Blank Slate Nation with an unamended United States Constitution.

4- No surrenders will be valid, but the suicide of a sitting President will trigger a Blank Slate Nova Progression.

5- Suicide boxes will be built as demand arises. These shall be monitored openly and in real time, and are the check against public officials. If ten people commit suicide in these box after saying the name of a public official, then that public official shall be placed in a suicide box, and shall not be taken out until dead. The suicide count of all public official shall be public record, and retirement to private sector shall not shield them. It is proper to deemphasize the last suicide box, if a society arises that has zero demand for it, but at least one must always be maintained, as a reminder.

6- Economics must never raise to rival the power of Nova One’s invisible hand. If leaders choose to use economics as a tool, they must show themselves to be masters of it, and use this mastery towards the furtherance of good. Economic manipulation against Nova One interests will result in Torture, and Bloodline Destruction, as determined by the Ministry of Propaganda.

7- There is no death penalty, other than a triggering of the placement of a public official into a suicide box.

8- No circumcision or any non-medical body mutilation is permitted, with Punishments determined by the Ministry of Propaganda.

9- A Ministry of Propaganda, spreading into all three branches of government, must always, and openly, be maintained and given proper power. Every year goals will be stated, and the efforts to get to those goals will be highlighted.

10- Parents have the most heavily weighted right to the scholarly education of their children. The Ministry of Propaganda may counter this only when situations jeopardize their stated goals.

11- The right to murder exists for all. This action shall never be punished, but the courts shall label each known case as either Reasoned or Wanton. The Ten Suicide Concept protects against public abuse, and so the Free Murder Concept protects against private abuse. There shall be a prohibition against shielding yourself from murder behind a group of people, or physical barriers. If any group gets so big as to make it difficult for regular citizens to murder the leader or any specific members, then the Military Arms of Nova One will destroy them all, and this engagement will be considered a proper defensive action necessary for the continuity of Interior Peace. Likewise will these Military Arms of Nova One destroy any barriers deemed to make the murder of any individual, or group of individuals, impossible, in any State, Special State, Federal District or Base, or any other Nova One influenced place. Murderers must wait one year after the act of murder before being eligible again for naming a public official in a suicide box.

12- Nothing shall stop the gathering of people by race, creed, or any other criteria. Valid petitions for special autonomous statehood shall be honored, and the borders of said Special States shall be kept by the the Federal Government, with travel and interactions between realms determined by the Ministry of Propaganda. Secluded Special State citizens, and any people anywhere properly concerned, will retain the Ten Suicide powers over all public officials of this and any subsequent Federal Governments of Nova One.

13- All voting concerning Nova One, if the institution is kept around, will be open and on a block chain for all to see. Voting will not necessarily have any real meaning, unless expressly stately in a subsequent Amendment. Any danger posed by the dissolution of democracy, or of a non-secret ballet, is expected to be made up for by the New Power of Murder, and by the Ten Suicide Concept.

14- The Ministry of Propaganda shall retain the right to determine who is eligible to vote, but the Right to Murder and the Right of Ten Suicides will always be open to everyone, and Ministry of Propaganda officials shall never be exempted for the power of either.

15- This document is written for the purpose of preserving and nurturing human life, through the happiness of the nuclear family. Small goals may be changed while keeping to this philosophy, but if a paradigm shift occurs, and some other need is more important, than the proper thing would be to trigger a Nova Progression, instead of attempting to alter this purpose built document.
