Idea for sci-fi story — local trade net based on WiFi. Maybe a social bussines idea :)

Look guys, two years ago in Hong Kong student used FireChat to organise protest It was effencies method to communicate many people in totalitary state. Well, I look at that and look at my local market, there small farmers and junkmans sells their foods and goods. About a half of them have smartphones costed from $20 to $50.

Well, they are outlaw, really. They are didn't have permission to trade at this place, they are didn't pay taxes, they pay little bribe to local policemens, they are working for local people. Right now they are don't need any application, what can give them a chance to sell more. There is no tech barier, but education barier is high.

But it can be about a five year, and those application may appear. You, as a local trader, download it and use it like a web-store, your customer download it and use it like showcase for your good. Those apps don't need an Internet for a work — look, whose trader didn't delivery goods to customers, customers come to them directly. Those apps just need to connect local smartphones to mesh net and let the customers find goods and traders.

How it can change the world? Well, it can be used to sell drugs or for prostitution. But it can be the one and not the most effencient tool. As for me it can simplify to me to visiting local market.

But what about a state?
