In 1978, A man named Dr. Hopkins was studying on an alien abduction case and was ready to give a lecture about it on the very next day, Later than in about 2 hours , Dr. Hopkins received a call from a man who claimed to be the president of UFO organisation. After a moment of hesitation Dr. Hopkins agreed to have a meeting with him. To his surprise the man arrived to his home within a minute and he didn't even seems to have a vehicle, According to Hopkins, it was impossible to cover that much of distance without a vehicle within seconds . The man was completely bald—even his eyebrows are not there and he also didn’t have lips too , but he tried to hide it by wearing red lipstick. He was hiding his whole body by wearing a black coat and a hat but the pure white colour of his skin was visible from his hands .

He spoke in monotone voice and made a coin disappear just to generate some fear in Dr. Hopkins . Then he told the doctor to cease all research and destroy his evidence that he had got from the research he was few hours ago .The man was talking very fast as if he was getting power from a source and that power was reducing and as a result of which that Mysterious men in black was fading .

Hopkins had another encounter with the same man the very next night when he returned after completing his session and unfortunately , that was his last encounter with that man .
