I control mine without medication and by changing my diet as well. Weather still really messes with me though. Congratulations on being in remission!!!!
Some thunderstorms will knock me out, plus I'm menpausal 😝 So I have to figure that out as well. Nice to meet you @brittanyym, glad you found balance too! I take no allopathic medication.
