Food Fight Friday: Bunch of Bologna
Ive been craving a good ol fashioned bologna sandwich with miracle whip. The miracle whip combo brings back memories of my amazing Grandmother. Totally hit the spot. Injoy

Man, is it just me who can’t get gif’s to work anymore?
I dont really know bro, hahaha.
Oh man! It is just us. That sucks!
gimme a bite to taste it.. I've seen bologna somewhere in the supermarket, but never have a nerve to try it... but this simply sandwich really made me want to taste it!
😁
I think bologna may have pork so double check or find some without it. Yum yum :]
Oohh... I'll check it out before I grab one, thanks for the information😊
@cicisaja, there is also chicken bologna. I saw it when buying this bologna for @weirdheadaches. :)
Yaayy @cleopatra54 😉 what a relieve 😉 Thank you
Dang it! @dandays beat me to it. That was literally what I was going to say. For what it's worth, though, I'm happy to have the tutorial. Will this technique still work if I'm not that keen on bologna? :)
Lol 😅, it sure will Grandpa :], happy Saturday to you
Haven't had bologna in years but if I did it would HAVE to be Hellman's Mayo
I haven't had one years also and even longer on the miracle whip. Normally the only thing i liked it on was bologna. Happy Saturday @farm-mom
We have an Aussie version.
Devon and sauce sandwich. The Devon is processed meat, the sauce tomato (ketchup perhaps in your language), and it was always heavily buttered. When I say buttered, it generally means margarine.
This beautifully presented specimen I lifted from pintrest
But I will make one for you on Friday.
It is right up there with a simple sauce sandwich or Vegemite and butter aka... Marge.

I've been meaning to join the Friday fight, I have taken photos, but I didn't think I had enough to work with
This is like a not poetry lesson. There is art in everything.
BEAUTIFUL WORK.
😁 learn something new everyday. I never had one and wonder if i can find here. Yay, yeah come on over when you get the chance. Art in everything for sure and notpoetry rocks, blogon friend.
Processed meat that is of mysterious origin. It comes in a plastic wrapped log shaped roll, a bit like dog food does.
This beautiful specimen is curtsey of woolworths.com.au, probably not worth a specific shopping mission. They do a chicken one as well, it is creatively named, "Chicken roll"...
I was telling my daughter about this awesome post this morning, the topic came up at breakfast. She wants to do a homage to your work by presenting a can beans on toast post this week, with a short not poetry to accompany it.
I attempted a poached egg this morning. Let's just say, The presentation needs work...
I frequently fail at pancakes and fried eggs, but I thought poached was a no brainier.
Lol awesome :D
Waiting on your daughter's post :D
Oh NO!!! I can’t stand mayo let alone miracle whip… haha… I literally had an out loud reaction to your post. Haha. Can you keep a secret? Sometimes I crave a salami and mustard sandwich though… shhhhh… it’s probably been 3-4 years since I’ve had salami. Also, when I see a deep dish pepperoni pizza I drool a little. I wonder what my body is trying to tell me? Or is it my strained gut that craves that processed crap? I don’t know 🤷🏼♀️ I just keep feeding it stuff I KNOW it needs. I guess foods that have a heavy attachment to our childhoods will forever give us cravings from time to time. Happy food fight my friend.
Lolol, sorry to make you cringe lol. My moms had a nightmare about mayo when she was a child and could never stand it from then on. Oh yeah salami 🤤. I'd be nice if it was all good for you 🤷♂️. Happy Saturday @puravidaville
Happy Saturday dude! We just finished off the mahi and I’m literally laying here with the fullest most satiated tummy, so no worries :). I’ll enjoy some salami/pepperoni in the next life 🤷🏼♀️
