Is it just me or does that watermelon just have that perfect shade of redness? Oh how dare I dog the meat!!! The pork loin looks amazing!!!!

Wow, salt on watermelon... odd, but I'll give it a go next time I get one. Have you tried it with marmite?

Its one of those love it or hate it things imo. Yum. Never heard of or tried marmite :/, am i missing out? If its salty it might work.

People use it in all sorts of different recipes. Myself, I like just a little bit on my toast.

Maybe it's under a different brand in your world! I'm pretty sure in Australia they call it Vegemite.

Evening, @weirdheadaches. All of that looks amazing. So is the Italian Oregano sauce something you all made and then marinated the meat in or did the pork loin come that way? If you made the marinade, what constitutes the Italian part of the marinade, and what did it taste like?

I'm curious because it's not a typical barbecue sounding sauce, so i'm wondering if it tasted like spaghetti sauce or some other Italian food.

The watemelon looks especially tasty. Haven't tried it with salt though. Always learning new tricks around here. :)

This was premarinated from the store. All the ones ive had are amazing and easy to throw on the grill :). More like an Italian salad dressing, not sure exactly but i have another one i think some kind of cuban marinade. Yes if you like salt on watermelon, youll love it. Glad i was introduced :)

Okay, so Italian salad dressing. Interesting. I like the idea of the premarinade—less work and more apt (in my case) to be good. You wouldn't happen to find this in a chain store, would you? Like a Costco, or something similar. We generally are buying meats without some kind of marinade, so it would nice to look around for something different on occasion.

They might have at Costco, we shop there sometimes. Think we got these at walmart. Ive seen a few different brands and all of em have been good so far, cheap too :)

Edit: yeah id imagine any of the chains should carry.
