@dandays, @puravidaville you guys rock. You have traveled half way around world and are still having fun. The food in both pictures look amazing. I got hooked on naan bread last week, it was sooo good. My next adventure in food will be to make some falafels. I loved your travel tales of New York. Thank you guys for your support.

You’re very welcome. Thank you for the support! If your naan bread is anything like the pita bread you pictured, I know you wouldn’t get once single piece if I was at your place—your pita bread looked frikkin awesome.
Iheart falafel—“guilty!” There’s quite a few tricks to it, though, I think it’s one of those things that could take a lifetime to master. Everything from the seasoning to the frying time, even the cooling time to the eating time. One mess up and its over cooked/under cooked, etc. But, man! When they’re spot-on—hands down my favorite food.
