Ginger is my fav! Be it ginger cake, ginger biscuit, ginger beer, ginger in curries, ginger in soup I bloody looovve ginger. I will be making this and won't tone it down at all :D
It is the best, isn't it? So good for soooo many applications. I have another good one coming up shortly when I get a chance to write it up. ;)
