Oh boy we've also been having hot hot weather here, the fridge has more fizzy drinks than ever, trying to survive! I'd like to know what your glucose reading was after that wicked choc pud???

It would have been off the charts! So I didn’t measure it that day.For the most part I have been good, but I sometimes forget and do stupid stuff. I know what I should be eating, etc. but it can get a bit boring.
