Very nice. I've known quite a few people who swear by their pellet grills. I've only had propane, which we like, and works out much better than charcoal, though you miss out on the smokey flavor, which I understand the pellet grill can give you in an assortment of flavors. Assuming that it's easier to ignite and cook with the pellet stove than charcoal, it seems like the best of both worlds. The wait would be the deal. It's like putting it in a crockpot all day, though I guess you don't have to be around smelling the wonderful aroma of cooking meat. :)
