                In my mind, it's really tough to beat shrimp.

                My wife and I were on vacation on Oahu last year and stumbled upon a place that served shrimp by the pound. We both got a pound of shrimp. It was a lot. But they had sauteed them in butter and garlic and we couldn't stop eating them. I thought for sure my wife wouldn't be able to finish, but she ended up polishing off hers and part of mine! For what we got, the place was reasonably priced, too.

                Another time we were in Mexico visiting family in Puerto Vallarta and ended up in Bucerias, Nayarit at a restaurant owned by some relatives of my wife's aunt. Aside from lobster and other seafood, they gave us the largest prawn I've ever seen. It was simply an amazing feast.

                You know, though, a feature about the many ways to prepare shrimp would not be complete without this clip from Forest Gump:

                I actually remember this going on a little longer, but I guess not. :)
