Aahh.. so the key is to marinated the beef for a day or 2 before you cook it😀 I thought it was more complicated before...thanks for sharing @intothewild 😉 I like that knife!
Hey, thanks for swinging by @cicisaja! It actually was a lot less complicated than I thought, as well. A decent amount of prep, but well worth it. Cutting the beef was almost therapeutic. That knife definitely helped, I like it too! Trying to get more, hahaha.
